CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are a complimentary service, and are vital to having the best salon experience, with that said, it is also a dedicated appointment in our stylists/artists schedule. So in order to reserve time for a consultation you will be required to pay a $20 deposit to book. If at the consultation you decide not to book, no worries, your deposit will be refunded to you at that time. If you cancel with proper notice the deposit will be refunded. If after your consultation, you do book a future appointment that $20 deposit will be credited towards your next service.

If you do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or do not show for your consultation appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and will not be credited towards a future appointment. If you wish to book another appointment after a no show/cancellation without proper notice, you must make a new $20 deposit to book.

So, if you are unable to make your consultation appointment, please call the salon as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit.

 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with retail product(s) purchased, you may return them within 15 days of the purchase with a receipt for exchange of an alternative product or store credit.

ALL PACKAGES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.

If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact the salon immediately. We want you to be happy with your new look! We will address your concerns and correct unwanted results, if notified within 2 weeks of your appointment. Keep in mind, this is not an opportunity to receive a new service due to changing your mind. We will do our best to make adjustments as long as the request is reasonable.

OUR CANCELATION POLICY

Jackson Harlow has a 48-hour cancellation, rescheduling, missed and late policy. All guests who miss, cancel, change, or are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment with less than 48-hours notice will need to reschedule and forfeit your deposit for that service date. The deposit will not be applied to your next visit, a new deposit will need to be made. This policy is in place out of respect for both our stylists, specialists and our guests.

Late cancellations and reschedules prevent others from utilizing valuable appointment time. Late arrivals prevent stylists and specialists from providing you their full service and creates a domino effect impacting guests that follow.

Appointment Confirmations will be sent via Text Message or Email. If you choose to opt out of these notifications no phone call confirmations will be made, and the responsibility to remember your appointment day & time will be yours alone.
